On September 11, 2007, Tracy was announced as the grand prize winner of David Essel’s Extreme Mind & Body Makeover worth $15,000. This makeover consists of 8 weeks of one on one personal fitness training (5 days per week), nutritional guidance, energy healing/reiki, aromatherapy, massage therapy, motivational counseling sessions, guided meditation and a hair and color makeover.
Tracy is the proud mother of three children and her wonderful husband is totally supportive of her taking this time for herself. As a typical mom, Tracy is always doing for her family and had fallen into that routine of taking care of everyone but herself. Well, look out Tracy, cause now it’s YOUR TURN!
